Kenny Rogers will celebrate the 30th Anniversary of his “Christmas & Hits Tour” with a festive show featuring live performances of holiday classics and his biggest hits. Rogers will perform across America, joined by special guest Billy Dean, beginning November 25th in Columbus, Ohio, and wrapping December 23rd in Westbury, New York.

Planning both a wedding and a headlining tour are keeping Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum more than busy. The tour will come first, starting November 11th in Knoxville. Scott says she and her fiancé, drummer Chris Tyrell, “are just in the very early stages,” but they have picked a wedding planner. One thing Scott says she knows right now is her colors will be green and purple.

The Dixie Chicks, Willie Nelson, Lyle Lovett and Asleep at the Wheel are part of an all-star cast performing during “Fire Relief: The Concert for Central Texas” taking place October 17th at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin. Hosted by Kyle Chandler, star of NBC’s “Friday Night Lights,” and writer-actor Turk Pipkin, the concert will also feature guest appearances by Shawn Colvin, the Court Yard Hounds, Steve Miller, the Texas Tornados and guitarists Eric Johnson and Joe Satriani. All proceeds will go to the Central Texas Wildfire Fund at the Austin Community Foundation in its efforts to assist families dealing with long-term problems stemming from wildfires which ravaged the area this summer.
